This session will review ²Ê°ÔÍõÁùФAA's ranked fac ulty annual evaluation form\, process\, and timeline. We will discuss sour ces of evidence used to ensure that our faculty are effective teachers add ressing the mission of Concordia\, productive scholars\, and contributing service to the university\, church\, community\, and/or profession. We wil l also cover resources ²Ê°ÔÍõÁùФAA provides to help faculty achieve their goals\ , including the CELT (for teaching)\, and the Office of Research and Spons ored Programs (for research\, grants\, and scholarship)\, the ranked facul ty first three-year development process\, and how department chairs/progra m directors can (and should) be involved in observing\, mentoring\, and su pporting their faculty.
